Lynn B. Schramek, currently Director of Digital Content, joined OESIS in 2014 to edit and design learning innovation reports and conference program booklets. Then she began arranging for partners to promote their innovative products and services at conferences and in publications. In 2017 she designed the OESIS-XP platform to bring conference and new webinar content online and began enrolling OESIS Network members in customized faculty professional development portals on Canvas. Over the past few years, she has designed pathway curriculum developed by OESIS Network Leaders for faculty cohorts. Lynn provided PR and publications services as LBS Communications for two decades. Previously, she was Director of Publications and Employee Communications at Corrections Corporation of America, the industry leader in private-sector corrections (where she promoted how programs enabled inmates who wanted to change to find a new lease on life). Before CCA (now known as Core Civic), Lynn served as Public Information Officer at the Ohio Department of Education and was on the State Superintendent of Public Instruction's cabinet and executive committee. Lynn, who has been a professional communicator since 1976, was selected as Distinguished Communicator of the Year by the Columbus, Ohio, chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators in 1989 after serving as chapter president. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree in journalism with an emphasis in public relations.
